-full service done 2 k ago

-New front Mintex extreme pads and standard discs

-belt not due for 12 months

-10months TAX

-4 months MOT (should pass no problem)

Bad Bits

-No optional extra's

-RCL doesn't work but all doors open with key

-rear wiper jet doesn't work properly

thinking between 5.5 to 6k but have a feeling its wishful thinking

I would say around 5k tops, but only due to the age.

Low mileage helps though.

I'd say about £4750-£5250

The market for selling cars seems slow at the moment as people will be watching their pennies with the uncertainty with the economy especially the rising cost of fuel.

I'd imagine it might be worth while getting the little problems you have looked at before selling as even with low mileage the niggly things will put people off, there are quite a few Octy VRs' about in that price range.

My mate is looking for a black VRS but he has to sell his Scoobie first or trade in at a garage.

wont be selling 4 while but may do soon. Cheers guys.

I'll keep an eye out an pass on to my pal if he sells his car privately. Good luck with whatever you choose to do!

to be honest i you'd be lucky to get 4 for it...

Gotta agree, nobody will touch it if you try to get anything like 5k for a 7 year old Skoda. Put it on the market for about £3800.

Darren

Your well overdue a cambelt change as well

(every 4 yrs or 60K miles for the 1.8T)

Edit ... unless the 12 month belt mention is for the second belt.
