Hi, I was chatting with Allard's who mentioned they have a few old 90/ 110 uprated turbos, I believe direct fit they are trying to sell off . Thinking about getting one for £300.

Must be a rare item now?

Sounds like £300 for an uprated TDI110 turbo would be a good investment as that's a lot cheaper than the standard one which can gum up.

Add a remap to it and you are still under the £1000 price for doing it from a lot of places.

I would as the 110 is supposed to tune up very well

Do it! I had a 110 in my golf, brilliant engine but I couldn't really warrant throwing money at the engine. £300 makes for much more affordable tuning.
