Are there any companies out there that will carry this out for you as i wouldn't fancy carrying this out by myself?

Sorry may have got confused as to what im asking for, As in cutting the center vent in the bumper up to where the number plate is and relocating the number plate as to get maximum airflow to the cooler?

its easy to do to be honest as the bumper is very easy to cut,sharp stanley knife will cut through it easily then all you need to do is bond some mesh in from behind
