Mine doesn't function with the ignition off....mine's a MkI vRS.

Yeah it's a VAG thing helps keep the horn getting stuck on...:eek:

Hmmm. I agree, the Fabia horn is next to useless. There's a thread active where people are swapping the standard issue horn with a horn that's got a bit more oomph. I think it must be on the Roomster forum.

If only Skoda would offer an aftermarket upgrade for those who want it. It would avoid the risk of fitting the wrong thing or damaging the CAN bus ciruitry.

A zapper in the rear bumper to deter tailgaters would be great too!
