I have Octavia II and I have problem how to reset service interval.

I am using VCDS Release 805. I tried with function under application ''SRI reset'' but nothing happend. I selected fixed interval (km) and I tried to reset several times and nothing happend. What I did wrong?

I've not tried it myself so can't help there but it will certainly be worth emailing Ross Tech support as they are very helpful.

No not 805 probably the release before last. Sorry.

We had gotten reports like this and I was able to reproduce a similar behavior yesterday. Look for a fix in the next update, in case you are still having problems - please contact me directly.

I'm having the same problem.

Have genuine cable and 805.1 software and it won't let me change service value from 1 to 0 to reset it.Octavia mk1.

When you say "doesn't let me", do you mean the SRI Reset functionality or when you manually hit adaptation channel 2?

I have hex+can usb lead and running VCDS.

Yes,when i press SRI reset it flicks up about 4 pages and i have to click on something(can't remember what it says) to clear each screen,bu then it brings up final screen that gives all details of service typr,mieage till next service etc.. but service bit is still on '1' and not '0'.

I did reset service via '17' section '02' in the end.

I could reset service reminder in old 705 software but not this one?

Is it possible to get a copy of 705 still.

Don't think it did!

I have to reset a fabia mk1 at weekend so will try it on that and may try it on mine again tonight.
