Ive got a big problem ive just removed the radio from my octy 2 and was taking care not to damage the ariel connection chain of events then start and it ends up snapping .

How do i sort this one

Sounds like a whole new cable (!) to me. I am not sure if the aerial is a single piece to roof or not. Check with service dept re: loom.

You could try to get a ISO - FAKRA adapter (the clip on plug design) and splice onto the coax (chopping off the old damaged clip). They are about £5 and the problem could be fixed in dash, rather than take the roof lining down for a re-cabling.

You had a superb idea got me thinking went to halfrauds and got the very bit and spliced it in works a treat and now my parrot bluetooth phone kit also working
