camber adjustment

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Quick question, is there any way to adjust the camber on the vrs, if so how. I have noticed some alarming wear down one inner side tyre.

Tracking was done about two months ago on crappy ATS gear.

No adjustment as such, all you can do is balance it out a touch.

Grrrr, Cheers Ross.

Back two wheels are leaning in and one of the fronts.

Would any new rear axle bushes bring the camber in a bit?

Nope, the beam is fixed and the bushes are just pivots.

One more thing, is it worth getting a full four wheel alignment done?

The only thing that seems adjustable is the tracking.

Yes always get four wheel alignment done. Tracking is a waste of time as it doesnt align the steering to the rear of the car.

Confused.

So what do ATS so, they put a laser alignment gauge on the front and a measuring ruler type thing on the rear.

Then there is the expensive tracking whats that all about?

I would say thats four wheel alignment then. they are checking the alignment of all four wheels to each other.
