Featured Replies

Well for my sister.....she comes back from america in a week after a year out there. Needed a car and this came up in the local paper

2001 - Y reg

37,000 miles

Tdi comfort

Air con/electric front windows

Tax and mot

Silver and it really is imaculate, has been a local car all it's life

Paid £2500 for it which i think it a bit of a bargin considering the miles and all the service history ! what do you think ?

That's an amazing price!

That's only 5250 mls a year!

Sounds good but check the cambelt has been done - it won't have been needed on mileage but will be on age.

It has got a FSH then?

and that milage is warranted

Very shrewd purchase and well done in that case.

yeah everything is sorted and the milage is backed up by a vw garage which it's been serviced at. It's been an old woman that owned it before hand.

Might end up buying a few vrs peices for it ;)

Great deal for the mileage.

I read that title and thought..."surely he's not bored of the hybrid already"

:D

Sounds like a good buy then Mr. :)

Sounds a great deal you got there. Barely run in though, so should be a lovely car. And yes check the belt has been changed.

Just picked it up.....what a bargin. The car really does drive as well as my 2005 plate vrs....there is no play what so ever threwout the whole thing.

Hope she is pleased with it

I will post up a picture of it when it drys up

Look forward to pics! Sounds like a steal really - a lot of car for the money to be honest.

And another bonus, being on a Y-plate you'll get cheaper tax, rather than having it based on engine CC with a pre March '01.

Well done

Steve
