Ino i thought about it but i didnt wanna seem like 1 of them newbies that just keeps startin up random threads:D

Yes to both, now get on with it.

Vinyl sticker for the roof would be cheaper, and quicker to remove if you hate it too.

i'm going to do my roof black this weekend if i get the time. pics will follow.

Swap you roofs. Your red for my black!

Ah the old vinyl roof...

Used to be a popular option once upon a time.

Don't see it much these days though.

People tend to go for roof stripes or chequered flags etc these days.

Would be interested to see what one looks like on a furby...

well i was bored today so the roof went black...

very hard to get a picture that you can see it, tried taking one outside but there was too much light so you cant really notice its been done.

Great stuff now do the bonnet, and the fog surrounds.

FTW!

nice like that, two questions how is it done? and how much?

its covered with vinyl, the downside is the fact there is a join down the centre as the rolls i use aren't wide enough to cover the roof in one piece, although that would be a bugger of a job in itself.

i really would recommend having it painted instead, would have a better finish.

cost would be in the region of £90 to do it.

black roofs seem to be the latest thing even tho its not a new concept.

i've done a few lately

As for spacers...i'm on 20mm rears with standard wheels, and just about to fit 15mm's at the front when they arrive.

Will post pics once they're on.

I thought of doing mine Silver

I run on 15mm all round. Give a wide enough look for me. I rub metal on tyre rubber giving it stick around hard corners, so do not want to go any wider or any lower.
