The MotoGP race is on Saturday unlike the other rounds.

I've no real idea why, because other Dutch motorsport evenets run on Sundays.

The Saturday races go way back & is probably down to religion, ie Sunday being a day of rest.

I'd heard that before, but as I say, other Dutch tracks run race meetings on Sundays.

Sunday is traditionally a day for harvesting weed.
