was travelling back from Ambleside to keswick today and came up behind this....

thought it was a taxi at first and it was the taxi plate that was yellow below the number plate, then saw it said "police training" and had a police crest thingy on the side, and an extra ariel, was 4 up....

I decided folow and take note.... (deleted... can't seem to write my comments to make proper sense without risk of being flamed! lol...)

you should have hailed it, certainly get there quicker than a taxi!!
