unable to access Nike shop ?

Featured Replies

i am trying to access the online UK Nike store , but for some time i have not been able to get on it , even trying to go from the US store to the UK store via Nikes own link doesn't work

on the first screen there is a load screen percentage bar graph , it does not go beyond 13 %

i haven't changed any of my settings in IE , and don't have any other problems accessing any other sites ,i have been told that it loads ok in Firefox though

does anybody have any ideas what i can try

NikeStore - Nike Online Store

Works OK on my machine (IE7 with Flash 9.0.28.0). I would suspect it's an issue with your Flash player, so might be worth updating it if it's not the most recent version...

it was very slow for me in Firefox. stuck on 13% for a minute or two, then it loaded ok:thumbup:

won't access from this link either :(

I get to 44% before it hangs in FF. Been like that for 30+ min now.

Running the latest version of flash too.

IE locks at a similar point. I'd email Nike UK. sounds like a compatibility issue with their site and the latest version of flash.

emailed them

Sticking for me too, at 42%. Firefox3 with latest everything :)

Sticks on 50% with Safari.

Loads in IE7, within about 10 secs.

Sounds like a buggy site to me...

Steve

Tried site again just now - IE7 BTW

Took around 15 seconds to get to Nike page proper.

sounds like it might be something in my settings as well as issues with the Nike site :(

Ric, with IE7 try a Tools\Options\Advanced tab then 'Reset' down the bottom.

cheers Steve, might try that , but it does say only do it if IE is unusable
