Superb Water in Rear near side foot well

I have had a Superb Comfort 07 for three months now.

This week on a holiday in the Yorkshire Dales I discovered a large amount of water in the rear, near side foot well. It does not seem to be associated with the door seal as with the FABIA.

I would be interested to know if anyone else has had this problem.

i have this on my octy2, the nsf door needs to be slammed hard to perform a good seal or so ive found has worked for me.
