Door Led

I got fed up of the door contact not working after i left my lights on last week so decided to fix the problem, i took the lock mechanism out, found the broken solder joints re soldered them and refitted. Everything works now, only thing is, is when i lock the car the led doesnt flash, i thought i might have not connected it properly, but after reading on here and pushing the key fob, it seems if i push the button two or 3 times the led comes on.......any ideas why or how to reset this. Its seems the reverse of how it should be:rolleyes:
