had my 50000 miles service, now my car has acquired a problem it doesn't pull the same and its smoking like a chimney any suggestions i can throw at the dealers when it goes back monday

thats what i was thinking,its a tad over the max but would that cause the car to a bit sluggish(i know engine as to work harder)
