Spedo Calibration

Featured Replies

I am looking to get vRS alloys on my fabia. I currently have the standard 14" alloys on (which look is bit small for my liking.!) As you all well know, vRS alloys are 16" so a fair bit bigger.

I have been looking at getting my spedo calibrated to allow for the difference in size, but cant find anywhere to get it done, or even knows anyone that does it?

I spoke to my local skoda dealership (Riverdale in Portslade), and they had no idea.??

Could anyone shed some light on the matter.?

Is it just something which isnt done.?

Michael

As long as the tyres are the right ones, ie keep the same rolling radius there is no need to have the speedo recailbrated. Many people on here are running 17" and even 18" wheels.
