Driver side, front door, central locking issues

I started having some problems with the driver side, front door, central locking unit a couple of months back. When unlocking(using the key), all doors gets unlocked, but when locking, only the driver side, front door gets locked. I have to use the tailgate lock to get all the doors locked.

I have replaced the central locking motor(unit), checked the harness and read the relevant threads in the forum, without any luck.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
