HELP! VRS alloys on standard fabia

Featured Replies

Hi, ive got some standard alloys from a VRS and need to know if they would fit my standard 1.4 fabia comfort? Would i need to change the tyre size or would i need spacers for them? Need some help asap as i need to fit them tomorrow really. Thanks!

nothing to do, they will bolt straight on.

Yup, no problems - go for it

Think they always improve the look of a standard Fabia - a good mod :)

All of the mods are listed in my sig, it is lowered, about 40mm, on coilovers and has a rear ARB and front upper strut brace... about a grand all in with the alloys too.

Cheers for the replies and nice car duggie! Well for £100 for a set of alloys and tyres i didnt think i could go wrong!

£40 for mine! HAHAHHAHAHAHHAAAA! ok... i'm sorry.

Going to pick my vRS wheels on Saturday.!

Paid a fair bit more than both of you:eek:

but they are totally mint, have have pretty much brand new tyres.

hope they look as good on mine as they do on yours.

may have to lower mine a bit as well.?!?!

It will look good ;) - that is a bargain price though, 200 quid inc tyres is roughly going rate at the moment still.

I've seen duggie's car a while back, looks good :)

How do Vrs wheels on a standard car (mine has 14") affect the ride quality, assuming the suspension is left standard?

Do you need different bolts.?

Or do they literally go straight on.?!

As long as you allready have alloys your standard bolts will be fine, that what i did on mine :)

Thanks... have you lowered yours.?

If so by how much, im looking into getting it lowered in a few weeks.

Your car looks ace, liking the number plate and surround.!

Did you debadge the side.?

If so how.?

(sorry to ask so many questions lol)

Thanks again.

Debadged the side, yeh, using hot water and fishing line

It also has colour coded bump strips and grill surround in that picture, looks like this now tho:
