based on your other post about more damage than at scene, then I wouldnt worry.

Likely faking the injury too!

Yes but whiplash is very hard to prove.

Just let your insurance deal with it as stated above. Hopefully they will do her for insurance fraud.

I know everyone tells you to 'forget about it' and how difficult it is to do so!!

A lot of us have been in this situation before and although she's claiming she is injured I'd bet it's nowhere near as bad as she's making out.

The police are duty bound to investigate the circumstances if an injury is reported so don't let their visit worry you too much. At the end of the day the two insurance companies will sort everything out and she'll get paid out for her supposed injury.

Just to help put things in to perspective you should be glad you weren't involved in the accidents that left these 2 cars in our yard!!!

I think the tracking may of slightly been knocked out on both the cars pictured.

I know you say the 2 insurance companies will sort everything else but is pi)s** me off when she has made her car worse.

Maybe she should of been in one of those cars to make it a bit worth while for her personal injury claim!

Bloody fraud thats what it is:thumbup:

I agree, it's fooking out of order!!

Unfortunately there's not a lot you personally can do about it.

The stupid thing as far as i'm concerned is that if she has, as suspected, damaged her vehicle further since the accident it will make NO difference to her injury or total loss payouts.

Let's hope she severed a major artery when she smashed her headlight, lol lol!!!!!!!!

Eeek.

Hope that's rust on the fucas.

She could substantiate a serious whiplash claim the her car was heavily damaged.

But then if was that damaged, how fast was she going - sticking to the speed limit Mr policeman?

It must come back to the damage sustained to your Octy though. Does her claim and subsequent account add up, baring in mind that damage...

Steve

Yeah that focus is rust, tbh that doesn't seem to bad really. I've `walked` out of worse so I'd be fairly sure they got out of that ok.

Wouldn't want to have been in the corsa though as that looks like it said hello to under something a bit bigger than it, say a lorry trailer.

Exactly...

To screw her car that bad it must have been going over 30 and so if in a 30 zone that is interesting. Also to smash a car up light that would indicate a sizeable impact which would have at least cut through the paint of your car quite deeply.

With damage on both a corner from the impact to the light and the radiator in the middle and the bumper your car would have required more than one point of impact, which it obviously doesn't have.

By making it look worse than it was I think she has hung herself.

Far easier would have been to take £500 for a new car even though the 19 was worth nothing like that.

Yup, that Corsa looked like it had been monster trucked! Ouch

On the incident, it may be that she banked on having more equal damage, when the time came  - will certainly be interesting to see how this pans out, if she's pushed and any legal proceedings come into play :rubchin:

Steve

That Corsa looks like it rolled over

I wonder why the Focus airbag didnt deploy unless it felt it didnt need to?

Hows the case going?

You might think it doesn't look too bad but if you notice there's no sign of the drivers seat!! This is because the force of the impact had broken the seat back. The driver was ok after a few days in hospital for checks.

The Corsa had 4 occupants in it all of which ended up in hospital but not in critical condition. It is believed the driver exited through the sunroof during the crash, which is impressive seeing he is 15+ stone and 6ft tall!!! The car was rolled after clipping the N/S/R wheel on a kerb which ripped off the wheel and suspension.

As others, the Focus damage should T-cut out (needs a touch more than just polish)! ;)

That isn't good. I was comparing to a high speed ditch impact so it didn't look bad.

clipping  must have been going at quite a speed to flip it.

I assume said driver wasn't wearing the seat belt to exit via the roof
