Hoping to get some spacers for my Fabia vRS - bearing problems aside (I can change them pretty easily myself) which combo would you choose?

Car has the Eibach/Koni FSD suspension and OEM 16" vRS wheels.

Any comments welcomed

How bad are the bearing problems.?

Obviously they are going to wear faster because of the extra strain on them.?

But how much faster.?

Is there an option of uprated bearings which can withstand the extra force, or is it just not worth it.? (prob stupid questions)
