Will the front and rear seats from an Octavia hatchback fit in my Octavia estate? It,s a 1998 model if that helps?

Also are there any other models from the VAG group that would fit with minimum fuss!? e.g Audi A4, Golf etc etc

Yep interior is all the same as long as you stick to MK1 Octavia, MK4 Golf, MK1 A3 and MK1 Leon all fit also.

Just be wary if your car has side airbags.

are the rear seats the same aswell then from A3?

I have read somewhere that the rear seats from a Passat B5 estate need modification to the mountings to fit in a Passat B5.5 estate.

I know it's not a Skoda, but they are similar and just goes to show that seats will not 'drop straight in' even in virtually the same car!

Ross knows his stuff and it's been done plenty of times between Golf and Octy and a couple of times from A3 to Octy.
