Performance panel filters

Featured Replies

Hi all just a quick question, are performance panel filters any good.

At the mo i have my old ROVER 214SI piper viper on, and to say the least the miles and eco have rapiply dropped.

I know induction kits add performance and do drop the petrol but £10 should not last me 20miles, unlike the 75 miles the car says i have topped up........chars all

£10 per 20 miles Jesus :(

There's an interesting 'What air filter' stickied thread on the Corrado Forum. Someone has just had their car dyno'd a panel filter vs oem paper filter... the paper filter came out best, especially in higher revs!
