Headlights??

Featured Replies

Just got my new Vrs today.

Driven it for the first time in the dark, and am a bit confused with the headlights.

When I switched the ignition on and put on the sidelights, low beam came on and did not alter when i put the switch to low beam position. I then put it back to sidelights and it stayed on low beam, so i switched the light switch position to O and they still stayed on low beam till I switched the ignition off.

I then switched the ignition back on and still low beam came on with side lights switch.

It this normal??

Errrm

Do you mean the sidelights are on with the ignition.. or the full dipped beam?

A demo RS i have driven had driving lights.. like the Volvos, the sidelights when the igniton is on.

full dipped beam

Sounds like you may have a dicky switch, has been known. Pop back to your dealer and ask them to clarify.
