Hi

I want to remove the vrs bumper for a respray, but I have never done something like this before. Does anyone have a guide/walkthrough?

Umm, not so much a walk through, but here's how I would attack it

Raise front end off the ground on axle stands, remove front wheels.

Remove the 3, maybe 4 torx screws in the arch liner which attach to the bumper (each side) Also a couple on the underside of the sides of the bumper

Undo the 2 (i think 10mm) bolts where it mounts on the front middle

Under the car front end, hook out and undo the 3 fixings which holds the engine tray on

Tug gently, but firmly on the sides of the bumper where it attaches near the wing. It should unclip and then can be pulled forward.

Repeat the above in reverse to refit.

Cant hep you there mate, at a guess probably the bolts along the top within the bonnet shut, headlight out and I would think a connection to the front panel about there and arch liner out, along the inner edge where the wing meets the bulkhead, and possibly a couple outside underneath where the wing meets the sill.

If it is like any car I have taken wings off before it'll be difficult as there is often bonding naking you bend the win in the process if your not careful.
