I have an 07 vrstfsi with 10,000 miles when it went for 1st service i was getting some clutch judder,they told me they couldnt find anything wrong(this was ****e dove)Now the clutch is starting to screech when pulling off when its warm or been in traffic for a bit.This is a bit worrying as clutches sometimes not covered by warranty,any ideas?

mines started to judder coming up to 15k, i'll admit it do some times give it a bit of abuse, but not to the extent it could have worn it that fast that its down to the point of juddering through wear

Are you sure its the clutch that's screeching?

I had a car that did this and it turned out to be the water pump drive belt was a little bit loose. Might be worth looking at the tension of the drive belts first as its much cheaper to sort out than the clutch.
