Hi Guys

i recently blew the turbo on my remapped 100pd

i have fitted a vrs turbo and vrs injectors and rocker

the turbo seems really whiny its doesnt sound right any ideas what i could try to stop this ?? it pulls strong not smokey at all until at full throttle but i think this is because it needs mapped again new injectors slightly over fuelling

your ideas help would be appreceated

Did you have an aggressive map.?

Diesels are always smokey... so I wouldnt worry about it.

The turbo whining is pretty normal.

Its a slightly bigger turbo... and remember its moving alot of air, so its bound to make some noise.

I have the 100pd... havnt remapped it yet, but mine makes a noise.!

Turbo's whistle......mine was whining then it went pop!!!
