Has anyone got an aftermarket/upgraded exhaust manifold?

If so who stocks them?

Iv heard they give a nice bhp gain in normally aspirated vehicles,would it be the case for a turbo engine too?

Im hopefully getting a BlueFlame turbo back exhaust soon so i might look into a manifold too before i get it fitted

This is the manifold that I have. The last time I met Guy, he had a stock KO3s manifold he was working on. It was a direct replacement for the OE manifold. Be warned it's not cheap but then quality costs. Loads on e-bay to be had as long as you don't mind cracked manifolds.

WOW Del thats a beast isnt it,my car isnt in the same league as yours so i might consider the £400 version,i wont be going down the big turbo route yet unless i win the lotto!

It's been on about 9 months now and been off twice. The pipe work that was welded on for the external wastegate keeps cracking, but then we are not talking standard setup or boost levels.
