Help with ABS sensor

Featured Replies

OK got in to the octy today and was greeted with the ABS light. :orb_angry

Changed drivers side sensor about 2 years ago after ditching the octy.

How can i check to see what one is the problem? Do i have to use Vag-Com or similar or is there another way? Please help as driving me nuts

:rotz:

You need VAG COM to clear the code anyhow so your going to need a fault code check.

Last time i changed the sensor the light went out after i drove the car over 10 - 15 mph

Anyone know of a Vag-com near me?

(Llanelli/Carmarthen Area South Wales)

It will still store a fault though.

Connect a volt meter across the sensor, spin the wheel and see if you get a voltage reading.
