LOL, fortunately the pic of the phone is the nearest one to what his was, and it was quite old and battered anyway. Also he has a newer phone like me to use for away from work. Still very funny though.

some of the stories that we used too get, involving garden equipment, animals (best not to ask) and toilets. i never forget one man telling me he'd dropped his phone in the loo when peeing... i had to ask well what was in the other hand then realsied what i said cried with laughter...
