Help fitting DAB radio please

Hi there, I'm trying to fit a DAB radio adaptor to my Octavia. It's like this one:

To fit the DAB radio adaptor I need to run 2 thick aerial wires - to the controller unit which will be in the glove box. One of the wires is the aerial in for the Symphony radio (i.e. the current aerial wire for the car radio redirected to the DAB radio controller), the other goes from the DAB controller box back to the car radio (i.e. feeding the aerial signal back).

My question is: what's the best way to run these two wires from the back of the car radio to the glove box? Will there be any way to run these wires please?
