hi all

what bhp should i be running

k04 turbo

cupra r injectors

4 bar fuel reg

front mount intercooler

carbon air intake

full turbo back de-cat system

stage 2 re-map revo

that what was on the car when i got it

im booked in at vsport to have it on the rolling road to see what it realy is running

just want to ask what i should expect with those mods

Have a look at what Revo would expect from a stage 2 remap of an Audi S3 or a Seat LCR... it should be close to that. Something like 260-280bhp at a wild guess

I'd say about 260.

If you have done all that tuning - you are ready for the stage 3 Revo? You have done over and above the minimum required for stage 2

for an extra £300 to Revo you could get anything up to (fine tuned) of 400bhp

Revo says 207bhp with what you got? With a de-cat or high-flow cat not sure but I would think you would get and extra 30+bhp

I wouldn't think you would get much more than 250bhp tops. A port polish and water injected-cooled inter-cooler, and a 5th injector would make it a lot faster - but I would expect the engine to be unstable and prone to head gasket probs.

Want it any faster look at supercharging it?

yeh the 5th injector is the wrong part for tuning this car. Maybe a renault or ford.. Ooops sorry.
