I take it that the oil tank stops oil going into the intercooler like mine does, also ive got a dump valve (bad idea i know) but it pishes oil everywhere every time it dumps, due to oil in the pipe going to the intercooler, would it stop that as well. (sorry im asuming you will know all this)

Yes it filters the vapour etc coming from the crankcase before it goes back into the inlet. Inside there are a couple of stainless steel pan scourers wrapped up inside the end of a pair of tights (I'm sorry, but I dont know the dernier :p)

Best solution to the dump valve problem?

Whip it off stick it on ebay and buy yourself a RARB

Only things I would do to it now is lower it.

Oh and remove that "diesel inside" sticker...

It's a custom decat exhaust with smaller sports backbox from Prospeed in Cardiff.

Sounds extremely good when warmed up above 3k - very petrol like.

It does sound good, not quite like a high performance petrol turbo'd car would,

it sounds better than this on my furby, ill try get a video loaded soon. . .

The oil tank is just a catch tank, pipes up between the top of the engine and the intake pipe, see pics previously posted.

Did it myself, couldn't afford to get someone to look at it. There is only one wire that needs connected to another in your ecu, other than that its all mechanical mods. Had to cut the corner off the engine cover so the pipe fits out, and cut the hard plastic pipe that goes to the intercooler to fit the T piece that goes to the dump valve, but think thats about it.

It was quite daunting when i first decided to put it in becuase i didn't feel confortable touching the ecu, but as long as your carefull its fine.

Just really think about it, is the noise worth it, because it does nothing to performance!!
