Hi all,

I ordered a new Octavia 1.6 FSI elegance about two weeks ago and should have it by the end of September. I have been reading the forums for a couple of weeks now so thought it would be polite to say hi!

It hasn't been the best of starts to Skoda Ownership, I hadn't heard anything since placing my order with the dealer so decided to give them a call a couple of days ago to see when I might expect delivery. Wasn't great - the salesman I had has left the company and it turns out they can't get the Storm Blue colour I ordered for 12 Weeks (originally I was told 1st 2 weeks of September). So had to change my order to Satin Grey instead. Its sounds to me like they had forgotten my order until I rang up. Not best pleased but in a months time I should be on the road!

Dear Experts , Can anybody advice me what is the part about i.e side airbag or earthing ? This part is located near seat belt tensioner ( passenger front side on pillar of car,) two images are attached for info, image1 from YouTube shows big connector connecting two wires bit unclear picture, 2nd image is taken from my car shows some kind of adapter (843 ) not sure what it is connecting which is different from 1st image , not sure if any connection has been missed out to it is earthi

Hi all, does anyone have any ideas on how to repair/fix the weird mottling on the rear windows on the Octavia Estate? It looks like it was most likely sun damage after a product was applied perhaps. I presume the only remedial action is a bit of a cutting compound to even the surface? I've tried a few products for rubber and plastic care but apart from hiding it in a greasy film it never fully resolves it. Cheers!

My 2021 Skoda Superb iV estate has thrown up a woanring light and a message 'front assist failure'. As a result the ACC is not working. I have checked and cleaned the areas where I think the sensor lives but it has not helped. It did the same thing a year or so ago and after a few weeks it all started working again. Also the SOS light comes on sometimes. What can I do?

Hi guys. I tried to code lane assist for my 2019 SUPERB FL using Icar pro Vgate and car scanner pro. Lane assist is showing on dashboard and in the options but it doesn't work. The icon is yellow, car displays message that it is not currently available. What did I miss... A5 camera is 2Q0980653. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks! Maybe there is someone with Obd11 in Shrewsbury area wilkingvto help if car scanner can't perform this coding?
