  1. Doesn any one have service manual or advice how to remove the button bar on Octavia MK4?
  2. I created the torrent for the 1989 version. magnet:?xt=urn:btih:B871F42950D2F26545FC371CD8C69E076DB52EE3&dn=MOI3_EU_SK_R9890L%20MU1989.7z&tr=udp%3a%2f%2ftracker.openbittorrent.com%3a80%2fannounce&tr=udp%3a%2f%2ftracker.opentrackr.org%3a1337%2fannounce Download it and seed it for others... 3. Successfully updated from 1896 -> 1941. My reboots were not that bad, every two/three weeks (but sometimes 3 times in a day). After that I updated maps to 2022.12 using skoda update portal. I took couple of hours with the USB-C stick plugged in.
  4. Can this behaviour be changed using coding?
  5. Hi @UrgyMcKnispelI need 1941 firmware also. Thanks.
  6. Hi @varooom. Can you please send me 1941 version. I'm on the 1896. Thanks
  7. Does anyone know how to code cornering lights using fog lights with VCDS or VCTOOL? Thanks
  8. How did you get this list?
  9. I solved my problem with saving navigation and AC settings. Steering wheel was replaced under warranty and new software was installed 1803 -> 1896. Now all settings are saved correctly.
  10. My problems with saving settings started with Emergency/Travel Assist errors that started to appear. If I i had to guess I would say that faulty sensor in steering wheel caused Emergency/Travel Assist errors that somehow filled (with error logs) or somehow damaged the internal storage on 5F module causing the problems with saving different configuration options, mainly navigation settings. I also regularly lose AC settings and I get "Changing your vehicle settings" message. Or it could be that internal storage on 5F module has some kind of hardware error that seems to appear after certain amount of time.
  11. Nope, I will book appointment at the service.
  12. Try this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jIGkqmkI6fg&t=149s
  13. After 6 months of flawless usage, I hit a "not saving settings bug on built-in navigation" bug. Don't know what triggered this but the car was not driven for almost 3 weeks (it was at dealers for bodywork and paint). The symptoms are the same as reported here on a couple of topics, satnav loses all settings (favorites, history, configuration) after you shut down the car. I tried manually to turn off the infotainment and the same thing happens, all data and configuration is lost. I tried with both the Guest account and the new account, the same result. My version is 18.03, E at the end of a part number. As there is no way you can connect to an Infotainment system or use some kind of debug mode there is not much I can try. To me the problem looks like the internal storage that is used for saving settings is full or damaged but of course, there is no way to check this. I guess visiting the dealer is my only option. I somebody has some ideas, please let me know. I will try one more thing, disable the e-sim connection to make sure that settings are not overwritten from the cloud somehow, but I doubt it.
  14. You didn't need SFD token for this setting, that module is unlocked together with climate control module.
  15. You are correct. I have no plan, just free account but most of the adaptations are free. Just Video in Motion and Emergency Assist are 10 and 5 euros but I didn't needed them. https://vctool.app/available-presets/?model=Skoda Octavia A8&culture=en-US
