the time has come to uprate the suspension on my vrs,after 85,000 miles,im finding its getting a bit soft,been looking around and phoning around,most have recommended kw coilovers,but my budget doesnt stretch to that,wasnt particularly wanting coilovers anyway,with speedbumps round my way,have been looking at koni sport dampers,just wondered if anyone has them,also was gonna use them with standard springs,dont know if thats a good idea or not,i know people have used standard springs with the fsd,but i like the idea of adjustable damping.

Everyone on here loves Koni FSDs - about 350 quid + VAT from Awesome.
