got given a k+n pannel filter for my furby vrs off my uncle who had one. is it worth usein or should i just stick to my stock one? would i notice anythin? heard they are **** at filterin and engine ware is increased. opinions please.

Not megga megga gains , but it is better at filtering

So more air going in to the air box

I have a Pipercross one on my car , I saw 4MPG better on mine

So yes , you will be OK

KnN's can bugger up your MAF sensor because of the oil they use, so ig go with green cotten.

I am sorry , K&N`s will not cause problems , it was a Green Filter supplier that let us all know that it was the breathers that clogg up the MAF

I've run K&N's on my last 2 cars and this one. Never had problems. My mates nearly all run K&N's, no problems.

Sounds like a marketing ploy by a rival company to me.
