Featured Replies

Hello all

I´m planning to buy 14" tires for winter but cannot find roomster 14" rim offset anywhere. I have 4 pcs Fabia 14" rims with et43, but are there ok for roomster?

Does anyone know recommended offset for 14" rims?

Bold patterns are the same, but all Roomsters has 15" wheels.

Bolt patterns are the same, but all Roomsters has 15" wheels.

Bolts are 5 x 100 so in theory OK

BUT I think you may find that as Roomster has a minimum wheel size of 15" (16" and 17" used as well) and having seen 15" wheels on a Roomster 2, that there was very little clearance to the Brake Discs. i.e. If you try to put 14" wheels on a Roomster they will foul on the brake discs. :thumbdwn:

Can anyone else confirm this?

The world skoda-site (?koda Auto - Homepage) says that 14" should be ok for roomster..

The reason why I want those 14" wheels is that in the wintertime we in Finland often use spiked tires. Also with 14" wheels sizes like 185/65 or even 165/70 can be used. With spikes (or studs?) the narrower is ofter better..

Only the offset is now the problem...

I have tried the same on winter wheels. It indeed seems that 14" will get very (probably too) close to the brake discs. 15 Inch seems the way to go.
