Has anyone had any trouble with them. I ordered a KVW100 autowindow module nearly three weeks ago, and as yet it still hasn't arrived. The money has gone from my account via PayPal, and I emailed Vagproducts on Sunday, but as yet have received no reply.

I'm not posting here to have a moan, but just to enquire. Has anyone had a similar experience with them, and was it resolved successfully?.......

I've order a couple of cables from them a couple of months ago, got them after about a week or so.

Mine took about four weeks. They do reply to emails, so why not drop a line and ask what is afoot?

I bought one of these from them. Took about 10 days to arrive. They are a bit slow but it's well worth the wait.
