100k

Featured Replies

My VRS is coming up to 100k and due a service.

What work should I look at getting done in order to prolong smooth running and longlife/performance.

I have just had a new waterpump and cambelt so theyre all fine.

Brakes probaly need new fluid as its every 2 years right?

Have a new carbonio and MAF on so wont need an airfilter.

DV is forge and new too.

I cant find any record of spark plugs being changed on a service (although my last vrs had them changed when serviced at awesome)

Like wise pollen filter. what about gearbox oil and PAS/clutch fluid?

Any other things worth getting done apart from usual vagcom scan, what about an engine flush?

Aircon check?

Aircon works great after I had it regassed a while ago, I make sure I use it at least once a week to keep it oiled.

Oh well Ill get this little lot sorted after my holiday in Cornwall next week, Im sure the car will be thankfull for it.

Woudn't use engine flush it has a nasty habit of blocking the oil pick up.
