:soapbox: Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!

Finally had the Roomy into the dealer's today to fit rear trim panels that were butchered fitting a dog guard prior to my ownership, but were due to be replaced as a condition of sale back in July along with coding a second key replacing one that "went missing" during handover and fitting my OEM Scout mats again outstanding since July.

I was in the dealers last week and ordered parts for the roomy (not the above) and was called Tuesday to say parts were in.

J5: "Would you mind putting them in the boot of the car on Friday as it's in for work with you guys"

Skoda Dealer: "No problem"

Today:

J5: "Just calling to check that the parts I ordered can be put in the boot when you bring my car back later today"

Skoda Dealer: "I'll check and get someone to call you back"

No effffing call back and no efffing parts in the boot, so an 80 mile round trip tomorrow to get the parts that I could've collected earlier in the week FFS :soapbox:

Typical of a lot of skoda (and possibly other) dealers i'm affraid.

Very annoying:(
