Featured Replies

Installed soime car audio in my car yesterday and everything was fine . . . then i went to drive home from my mates house and everytime i throttle, the low fuel light comes on and beeps and the guage drops to zero and then goes back up again!

Desperate to get this sorted, please help!

I know ive got at least one fuse blown which will check all the fuses when i get home from work, could this be the prob nice and simple or something a lot more sinister :(

poor earthing somewhere maybe - possibly near to the fuel sender.

Where exactly is the fuel sender?

I am guessing in the top of the fuel tank.... maybe accessable from under the rear seats. However i have never have to check (or look at mine). Could the installation of your new ICE equipment gone anyway where near this area and disturbed something?

Good guess; I've been told there's an access flap under there.

I only just put my rear seats back down (after having a couple of bikes in the back at the w/e) - I should have checked.....

id say trust your mate and let him sort it out lol :orb_not_w
