checked for updates on Ad-aware tonight, i got new software available , so proceeded to download it ,

i don't know how far it got , but i got the error message/send error report to Microsoft etc

now when i try to run it , all i get is an information message saying "not more than one instance of this application can be running at any time"

Just to double check hit Control Alt Delete keys together to bring up the Process Manager and then go to 'Processes' tab and go through the items it shows.
