Hi there. Sorry to hear about all the troubles, sounds a nightmare! Hope the garage gets it sorted out, one way or another, although they seem like a right bunch of cowboys. No need to apologise for the rant, we all need to let off steam at times, and in your situation its totally justified. That's a bloody disgrace mate. I'd demand a refund for the 'work' done. They obviously don't care about their customers, so let them know that the feelings now mutual.

I've never been fully satisfied by a garage, not even my local skoda dealer. They always forget something, or bodge something or generally do a half arsed job.

DIY is the future.....
