Help identifying a steel wheel

Featured Replies

Hi,

help please, I have a couple of 15" steel wheels and would like 2 more.

Marking are as follows:

6Jx15H2 VW AG DE ET 47

I know what that lot means, and the rims themselves have 18 circular holes around the outer circumference, what I don't know is what car they're from, can anyone out there help?

Thanks

PCD ?

VW caddy, if 100mm

Golf, Skoda Octy2, if 112mm

how many studs

4 or 5

15" steels tended to be on the octavias, with the fabias using 14" wheels.

If they are 5 stud, I suspect they'd be octavia/golf steels. Actually, after more research, VAG steels seem to be all ET38, and these are ET47, which is quite a difference in offset.

Hi,

thanks for that, to answer previous questions the PCD is 5/100.

I thought the ET was a bit "different" but if I can find another 2 wheels I take it I can use thin spacers to reset the offset?

Any suggestion for a good supplier please?

some Fabias did have 15" wheels I think but the majority have 14".It won't be an Octavia 2, Golf 5 or Passat as they are 5x112it'll be a Polo, Golf 4 or Octavia 1 wheel. It could be off a van if the offset is a little odd

there is usually a part number on the wheel somewhere.
