Hi, just joined here and hoping for some advice.

Wife's 2006 1.4 Fabia Sport just recently starting to act up in little ways.

EPC light will come on, together with continuous high-pitched warning sound, then engine will cut out completely. Always restarts fine (to date anyway).

Secondly (no idea if this is connected) the dashboard clock frequently (but not always) resets after ignition is turned off.

Any ideas/suggestions welcome.

You are really going to need to have a diagnostic check and ascertain if there are any stored fault codes.
