Furby GTi anyone?

Was gonna turbo the 1.4 for the hell of it (someone on here has done it so why cant I)

THen i was gonna buy a VRS

THen i was gonna stick a 1.8t in

Then i was gonna buy a VRS as long as it was Yellow

Now I am just gonna stick a Polo GTi engine in her next summer (well, t'other half is technically)

Sure I will be back to buying a VRS a few weeks after shes converted.

Shouldn't be too hard a job to do in theory.

Will be a darn site quicker as well and not something you cant just go out and buy so worth it.

And i'm sure you will be lending a hand anyhow as will Owen.

I kept moaning I wanted something "different" so there u have it.

Deffo the way forwards! I am muchos excited about it now, started the engine hunt - maybe have to be a half term jobby if he can get week off to sort it as little'un is at daddys house. Altho i wouldnt mind stealing the golf for a bit if he fluffs it up haha, altho hes supposed to be sellin it since he got yet another "project"

i look forward to seeing it, i remember you saying about doing a turbo engine at the meet and been waiting to see it happen. but a polo gti engine will be intersting.

Is it worth it ?

i have a polo gti atm and i dont think it's that quick.....maby a bit quicker than a 1.4 but.......

on another note, i can sell you a polo gti

well yea i know a 1.8t is the better engine to go for. but i am after "different" (hence originaly wanting to turbo the 1.4 DP said a big no no tho grumpy git)

what mileage has the GTi done?
