Bit of a bargain me thinks, but there are a few weird things...

Debadged? With Milotek badges...by a police force?? hmmm

It is a 2.8..only available as an elegance, has the xenons etc, but the whole interior is classic spec, no cruise control/chrome and the seats are classic design too! And it dosen't even have folding mirrors!!!

Slightly weird!!

Looks tidy in white

Slightly weird!!

Agree also.

Have never seen that trundling around Wiltshire....but it does have wiltshire police on the number plate.....police tend to spec cloth seats on their cars so could be OK

Don't see a problem if Experian vehicle check and V5 are AOK... Seller has them pictured and I'm sure he wouldn've if their not as should be ;)

And a cheapo unnamed aftermarket DVD headunit from China.

Bigger engines in lower spec bodies is pretty standard for traffic police vehicles. 'Factory de-badged' is unusual though - the manufacturer wants the publicity, and with an unmarked police car, there isn't even the reason of removing the badges to fit all those hi-vis decals.

How on earth does the seller know the precise amount that's been spent on it, as police cars are habitually fettled by their own workshops?

Also, only one key - I think it will cost a bit more than the promised £10-£20 to get the key cut and coded (there's been a very recent thread on this).

That said, it's cheap enough and will come in well on the grins per £ factor:D - just as well, as likely to be difficult to shift if you don't want to keep it.

enjoy

I saw that the other day when I was doing my usual trawl for interesting cars/parts/tat.

Agree with all the above, but it does certainly seem cheap. Shame it doesn't come with more road tax instead of that ****ty DVD player.

£1550!!!

:rofl::rofl::rofl:
