Er Sorry Dad

Featured Replies

I bought some mudflaps from Ebay the other week and on Sunday decided to fit them, my dad gave me a hand fitting them and they make the car look better. Today he noticed a screw in his tyre ................... a screw which I forgot to screw into the mudflap, cost of a new tyre is £55 which I will pay for .

ooops

Ooops indeed, but funny.

Classic!

Take it the tyre was not repairible then?

Ha.

Dad has booked it in to get replaced in the morning but I will have a look before to see if it can be fixed.

oops I've done things like that before to Dad when he has helped me with the car.

Davy

Bummer.

These things happen though unfortunately. :(

mushroom it

Bad luck, but you're not alone. My son does things like that to me.

SHHHH it happens to all of us from time to time...

Just can't wait till my kids want to do stuff to the car. Lucky if they are aloud near it with the sponge at the moment. I just know it will be cleaned with a bucket of gravel....

That tyre is not too expensive though so never mind, just a complete AR5E that it has happened...

take care next time...

well it was the thought that counted ;)

Thats nothing, my son hydro-locked my VRS !

He owns it now.

Ha Ha, you break it you own it.

Like walking through the fine china section of John Lewis, I used to crap myself when going through there with my Mum and Dad years ago.
