Fabia Cruise Control

Featured Replies

Hi all. (Re-mapped VRS is a nightmare during the winter!)

I have a 53 plate Fabia VRS and would like to fit the cruise control arm kindly donated to me by a friend who has just smashed his skoda to pieces!:thumbdwn:

It is the newer arm with the resume and set buttons on the end of the stalk and I understand that I will need the unit to be activated by the VAG-COM.

*** Q: I have been told that I will and I won't need a new wiring loom? and obviously I don't want to dismantle the area around the steering column twice!

I would appreciate any advice given.

Thankyou.

ScottyMcloue.

If you dont have cruise control then you wont have the required wiring.
