Just a quick thread to say that when I had the 20k mile service last month I went to Pullman VW and had fantastic service off them and they were a lot cheaper than the Skoda one I bought the car from.

Another thing is that I went into my boot on Saturday and realised they'd given me the bottle of oil they used and the screen wash they put in for free too Couldn't believe it lol, has anyone else got the left over goodies from the dealers?

I highly recommend Pullman btw, best dealer i've ever used

sounds excellent service I use the skoda garage in carlisle and there spot on aswell

what brand/grade of oil was it as Id quite like to know what the dealers use ??

We as a VW Dealer (not Pullman!) always put a top up bottle of oil and screenwash in the car after a service is carried ot, small touch makes the world of difference, costs us nothing to include within the price.

About the grade of the oil etc. forgot to look last night so will have a check tonight and report back, think it had a 5 and a 30 on it, not sure
